Mike Olson, President
Mike is an inspired leader who brings integrity and 25 years of solid construction experience to his role as president. He uses his own distinct personal approach to guide the company’s overall leadership, strategy development and implementation, and business development. Drawing on his bold confidence, experience, and vision, he helps the company achieve its short- and long-term goals. Mike enjoys travelling, skiing, snowmobiling, spending time with his family, and relaxing at the lake.
Russ Scoffield Russ Scoffield, Vice President, Manager of Operations, Project Manager
As vice president, Russ offers an extensive background in project management and 25 years of experience in commercial retail construction, primarily in the northern Alberta market. His responsibilities include the detailed management of individual projects and collaborating with the rest of the management team to ensure the effective and successful completion of larger, more complex projects. Russ’s interests include golfing, snow and waterskiing, hiking, climbing, yoga, and travelling (especially to new and different locations).
Dave Wheadon Dave Wheadon, Senior Project Manager 
Being detail-oriented and knowing how to solve problems quickly and cost-effectively are two strengths that have served Dave well in his position. Using his 25-plus years of construction experience and technical knowledge, he builds solid relationships with owners, consultants, and subcontractors, is responsible for all the administrative details associated with managing construction projects, and oversees field resources. Dave enjoys family activities focused on travel, sports, and community involvement and loves anything that has an engine (e.g., cars, motorcycles).
Denise Gibson Denise Gibson, CMA, Chief Financial Officer
Denise’s solid and diversified background in financial and management accounting, corporate finance experience, and commitment to building lasting and prosperous relationships make her a valuable asset as the company’s CFO. She is responsible for the company’s financial and management accounting; this includes budgeting and forecasting, assisting with the strategic management and development of policies and procedures, and supporting operational decision-making. Denise enjoys travelling, snorkeling, and being a taxi driver and cheerleader to her three children, all of whom are involved in various activities.  
Steven Nickoleff Steven Nickoleff, General Superintendent
As a "big picture guy" and OML Construction’s general superintendent, Steven is proactive in all areas of his work. He manages company resources (manpower and equipment); handles field-level acquisitions, terminations, and performance reviews; and provides support on field and office issues by liaising between the two. He also provides leadership with confidence and conveys a positive attitude when he promotes the company’s values to stakeholders. Steven enjoys municipal politics, sports, volunteering with the community fire service, and spending time with his family.
